As a Cosmetic Sales Colleague (Beauty Advisor), you are the trusted beauty expert customers turn to for personalized, inspiring shopping experiences that build confidence and drive sales. You educate, demonstrate products, and provide tailored consultations, staying current on trends to introduce customers to new items that match their unique needs and style. Building lasting client relationships through follow‑up, virtual outreach, and personalized service is at the heart of this role, with a focus on exceeding sales goals.

• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact; greet teammates, keep the sales floor clean, and review sales goals, new arrivals, and current promotions.
• On the floor, focus on the customer: offer a warm welcome, create personal conversations, and build relationships that bring them back.
• Maintain a shoppable space by refreshing signage and pricing, assisting with merchandise moves, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Finish strong by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have everything they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve customers and communities.
• Strive for excellence by improving every day, taking pride in work, achieving sales goals, and learning from each other to deliver store results.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences—build relationships, demonstrate product application, and educate on benefits and use.
• Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized space, leveraging clienteling tools, participating in sales events, and staying up to date through training and vendor education.
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Use point‑of‑sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience.
• Have at least one year of customer service or sales experience.

• Talk, lift, constantly move, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
• Stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift at least 25 lbs.; stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders; reach, including above eye level.
• Require close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash registers, and transaction processing.
