Position

Armed Security Officer – Long Term Assignment at CVS locations in Downey, CA and Norwalk, CA. Requirements include authorization to work in the U.S., 2+ years of armed security experience, current baton permit, first aid & CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and possession of a working firearm, duty belt, and work boots. Must be located within 5 miles of the job site.

$22.50 per hour (firm), paid bi-weekly.

Full-time:
Wednesday – Sunday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Part-time options and extra shifts available.

CVS – 4915 Florence Ave, Downey, CA 90240 (and Norwalk, CA). Must be within 5 miles of the job site.

• Be punctual, reliable, respectful, professional, and a team player.
• Conduct hourly patrols, incidents, and activity reports each shift.
• Ensure no unauthorized personnel gain access.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• End shifts only when the relieving officer arrives.
• Use smartphone app for clock‑in/out.
• Maintain polished, professional appearance.
• Follow post orders from National Eagle Security.
• Ensure safety of employees, visitors, and personnel on site.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience as an armed security officer.
• Proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
• Current baton permit.
• Current first aid and CPR certification.
• Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Current firearm, duty belt, and work boots.
• Current California State Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit, and Power to Arrest Permit (where applicable).
• Basic computer skills.
• W2 employment only.
• Located in or around Norwalk, La Mirada, Santa Fe Springs, or within 5 miles of the job site.
• Ready to start immediately.
• Ability to use Android or iOS smartphone for GPS, SMS, e‑mail, and work app.

W2 only, bi-weekly pay, full-time or part-time.
