Job Description

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver products by car to customer doors.
• Deliver flyers, door hangers, or any marketing materials.

• Accurate arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination to perform precise movements quickly.
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses.
• Safe driving skills with a valid driver's license and insured vehicle.

• Standing and walking on various surfaces for extended periods.
• Lifting up to 60 pounds and carrying items up to 30 pounds.
• Climbing stairs or ladders to change prices, wash walls, perform maintenance.
• Forward bending, stooping, and reaching up to 72 inches.
• Hand tasks requiring constant eye‑hand coordination.
• Push and pull trays on dollies weighing up to 7.5 pounds.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during delivery.
• Temperature variations from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some areas.
• Exposure to food odors, fumes, dust, and moving mechanical parts.
• Hot surfaces/tools from ovens (up to 500°F or higher).
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
