Approximate hours/days: 0300‑1500 (Mon‑Fri), 0600‑1500 (Sat)

Position Summary: Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Class A driver to join our transportation team. The driver will operate walking‑floor trailers to safely transport materials, adhering to traffic, safety, and environmental regulations. The role requires a Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a commitment to safety and compliance.

• Safely operate walking‑floor trailers to transport materials to designated locations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe transportation.
• Inspect and maintain the condition of the trailers, reporting any issues promptly.
• Load and unload materials securely and efficiently, following proper procedures.
• Complete required paperwork, such as logbooks and delivery receipts, accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Follow established routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes.
• Adhere to environmental regulations and company guidelines for proper disposal of materials.

• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (required) with endorsements (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Class A driver focusing on walking‑floor trailer operations (required).
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to meeting delivery deadlines.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and logbook requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Regularly required to sit; use hands to operate the vehicle; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Work may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $33,280.00 to $ per year, based on experience and performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with employer matching; generous paid time off; and life insurance coverage.
