Accounting Associate

Doylestown, PA| Hybrid, Full Time, Salary | $45,000 - $55,000

What is needed for this job as our Accounting Associate:

  • 2+ years of proven accounting experience
  • Associate Degree in Accounting (or greater) or other relevant certification
  • Experience working in a matrix organization or a multi-location organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Accounting Associate:

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
  • Prepare and maintain up to date accounting documents and records
  • Process financial transactions on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Account balance reconciliation
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
