We're helping hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support billing, collections, account reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with customers, managing receivables, and contributing to a collaborative finance team.

• Perform a variety of accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable support, payroll liaison activities, and general accounting tasks
• Reconcile bank accounts and post and balance financial data across various ledgers
• Input and maintain timesheet data accurately
• Verify financial documents and coding for accuracy and completeness
• Process payments and assist with monthly closing activities and annual reporting
• Communicate with shippers, customers, sales and marketing teams, and other stakeholders regarding account inquiries
• Manage collections efforts by contacting customers regarding outstanding balances and assisting with payment arrangements
• Maintain accurate customer account records and resolve payment discrepancies
• Support, communicate, and uphold the organization's mission, values, and culture
