MINIMUM COMPETENCIES

* Currently hold a valid PA Appraisers license or willing to take the course/testing.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

* Customer focused to provide the highest level of service in the industry

* 1 year of Body Shop Estimating experiencing required

* CCC1 Estimating program

* Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving history

* Ability to pass a Drug Screen and Background check
