HOURS:
6:55 am - 8:55 am and/or 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
DESCRIPTION:
Supervise the overall operation of the Child Care Program. Plan and direct activities, provide instruction and care for children in a wide variety of duties. Oversee, manage, and direct staff. Provide the structure and standards of the Child Care Program within the program space, gym, and playground, directed by the Coordinators. Must be aware and conform to all state and local regulations.
Prepare and/or submit all paperwork as directed by the Coordinator.
Must work as a team member and exercise good judgement, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with team members. Must be able to manage and direct staff. Must be able to stand, walk/run and lift 10lbs.
Candidates must have patience and enjoy working with children. Prior experience working with children is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from accredited four-year college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary or secondary education or the human services field.
