Lakeside Custom Homes & Renovations is looking for a Working Site Superintendent who enjoys leading by example. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate crews, subcontractors, and daily jobsite activities while contributing your own carpentry skills when needed.
What You'll DoAs the field leader, you'll help ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect.
Your responsibilities include:
Lead daily operations on residential construction and remodeling projects
Coordinate carpenters, subcontractors, and trade partners
Plan daily work activities and maintain project schedules
Perform rough and finish carpentry when needed
Read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications
Identify and resolve field challenges before they affect project progress
Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and subcontractors
Track project progress, daily reports, and employee time Mentor field team members and help build a positive jobsite culture
What We're Looking For5+ years of residential construction experience
Experience as a Superintendent, Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or similar leadership role Strong rough and finish carpentry skills
Ability to read construction drawings and plans
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple phases of construction
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
