Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage office operations in a healthcare setting, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
This full-time role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee administrative and clinical functions efficiently.
Proficiency in general office software is essential.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role, preferably in healthcare.
Advanced understanding of compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Solid experience with office software applications.
Strong communication skills for setting clear expectations.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to evaluate and improve existing methods and procedures.
Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED; BA/BS degree preferred.
3 years' experience in a management role preferred.
Experience in a healthcare office setting required.
Knowledge of medical practices and terminology.
Proficiency in computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheets.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and support staff development.
Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and procedures.
