Are you passionate about supporting individuals through pivotal moments of healing and recovery? Join the team at Bright Path Center, a newly opening behavioral health program dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care in a supportive and therapeutic environment.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play an important role in delivering safe, quality nursing care to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises. Working under the supervision and clinical direction of Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs), and other licensed providers, you will support individuals on their path to stabilization, recovery, and wellness. This role offers the opportunity to help shape a new program from the ground up, with both part-time and full-time shifts available.

- Active Pennsylvania LPN license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, addiction treatment, or related healthcare settings preferred
- Knowledge of mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and psychotropic medications
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation
- Provide nursing services across ASAM 3.7 Withdrawal Management, Crisis Residential, and Walk-In/Emergency Crisis programs
- Deliver nursing care under the supervision and direction of RNs, CRNPs, and other licensed providers
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care using focused assessments
- Administer medications and therapeutic treatments as ordered and authorized within LPN scope of practice
- Support crisis stabilization efforts through trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols
