Music Sales Manager

Music & Arts seeks a Music Sales Manager to lead retail sales and lesson growth in our music-focused store. You'll coach and motivate a sales team, set and track goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience for students, parents, and educators. Responsibilities include managing inventory, merchandising band and orchestra instruments, accessories, and rentals, coordinating with lesson programs and school service reps, analyzing sales reports, and executing local marketing and outreach.

You will model service-driven, student-centered selling while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, performance-oriented culture.
