Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors following security procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and assistance requests with appropriate campus personnel or responders;
Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, residence areas, parking lots, and perimeter routes;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity or hazards and deter unauthorized entry;
Complete routine reports such as patrol logs and incident documentation and communicate updates to leadership/dispatch
