HVAC Technician – Multifamily & New Construction Location
Candidates should have experience working on multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality and large-scale residential developments. We are looking for dependable technicians who can complete installations accurately, safely and efficiently while working as part of a professional project team.
Key Responsibilities- Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant piping, condensate systems and related components.
- Complete equipment start-up, testing, balancing support and commissioning activities.
- Read and work from mechanical drawings, specifications and manufacturer instructions.
- Diagnose and resolve installation or performance issues.
- Coordinate with project supervisors, general contractors and other trades.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and productivity.
- Previous HVAC experience on multifamily or large-scale new-construction projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment and installation practices.
- EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
- Ability to read mechanical plans and complete work with limited supervision.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between regional projects.
