KBenP zoekt een interim Teammanager Sociaal Ondersteunend. Je neemt tijdelijk de leiding over een team van circa 45 professionals en bewaakt een veilige, stabiele en ontwikkelgerichte werkomgeving.
Je stuurt op kwaliteit, voortgang en samenwerking met dienstverlenende teams binnen het sociaal domein en met partners. De rol vereist focus, prioriteitenstelling en een hands-on aanpak om de ingezette lijn voort te bouwen en medewerkers te stimuleren in eigenaarschap en ontwikkeling.
