Voor een groot onderhoudsbedrijf in Noord-Nederland zoeken wij een houtrotter / houtrotreparateur. Jij zorgt ervoor dat kozijnen, deuren en gevels weer jaren mee kunnen door vakkundig herstel.
- Herstellen van houtrot in kozijnen, deuren en gevels
- Uithakken, frezen en opbouwen met 2-componenten systemen
- Voorbewerken voor schilderwerk (schuren, gronden)
- Klein timmerwerk en deelvervanging waar nodig
- Werken aan woningen van woningcorporaties en renovatieprojecten
Je werkt zelfstandig of met collega’s op projecten waar kwaliteit en duurzaamheid voorop staan.
