Project Superintendent

Compensation: $125,000–$160,000 per year (based on experience)

Albanese D&S, Inc. is a General Contractor specializing in underground utilities, pump stations, and roadway reconstruction throughout New England. Our projects range from approximately $1M to $50M+, and we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality work while building strong teams.

Albanese D&S, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects in the field. This position is responsible for coordinating daily operations, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality and safety standards, and supporting successful project completion from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, technical construction knowledge, and experience managing underground utility projects.

• Oversee daily field operations and construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project crews
• Monitor project schedules and support timely project completion
  
  Maintain compliance with quality standards and contract requirements
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety procedures
• Review construction plans, specifications, and project documentation
• Track project progress and communicate updates with project management
• Identify challenges and implement practical solutions in the field
• Support efficient resource allocation and workflow coordination

Required:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in underground utility construction
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-related software
