Superintendent Position
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on heavy civil and utility construction projects. This individual will be responsible for coordinating crews, equipment, subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and day-to-day project execution while ensuring work is completed efficiently and according to plans and specifications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction, with experience in underground utilities, excavation, drainage, site work, and/or municipal infrastructure. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively manage field operations and crews.
