Job Overview
Title: Building Based Support Staff Member
School: Dracut Public Schools, Justus
C. Richardson Middle School, Dracut, Massachusetts
Start Date: September 2, 2026
Position Type: Full-time (per‑diem assignment; 180 days/year)
Salary: $145 Per Day
Responsibilities- Short‑term coverage for staff to attend meetings.
- Full‑day coverage for staff who are absent.
- Coverage of duties including, but not limited to, lunch duty, bus duty, and other responsibilities as assigned by the Principal or their designee.
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education license preferred.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
