Job DescriptionInnovation Academy is looking for an assistant high school cross country coach. Practices are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3:15-5:15 pm. In addition to practices, this position requires that you attend all meets, which will be scheduled Monday through Saturday. This is a stipend position which will pay between $2,000 and $3,000 for the season, depending on experience and availability.
Innovation Academy competes in the Commonwealth Athletic Conference.

- Applicant must be 21+. A college degree is preferred but not required. Experience coaching cross country or distance running is strongly preferred but not required. The applicant should have experience with cross country at least through the high school level. Knowledge of the rules of the governing bodies of USA Track & Field, MIAA, and NFHS is required.
