Overview
At Seven Hills Neuro Care, we believe in building healing environments where every individual is seen, heard, and supported. We're looking for a Residence Director to lead a specialized residential program designed to support adults with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI).
This is a chance to lead with purpose, nurture a compassionate team, and create a home where residents can rebuild skills, rediscover independence, and reclaim their lives.
Pay: $29.15/hr
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a dedicated team providing 24/7 support in a community-based residential setting
* Cultivate a warm, inclusive, and empowering environment for individuals with ABI
* Build collaborative relationships with families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance
* Foster a culture of learning, professional growth, and high-quality care
Who You Are
* A values-driven leader with experience supporting individuals with neurological or cognitive challenges, particularly ABI
* Someone who leads through collaboration, empathy, and accountability
* Skilled in managing residential or community-based programs
* Committed to person-centered care, dignity, and continuous improvement
* A strong communicator who thrives in team-based environments

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Massachusetts DPH Medication Administration Program (MAP) preferred.
* Certified Brain Injury Specialist preferred.
* Valid Massachusetts driver's license and evidence of a safe driving record required.
