This position is responsible for batching and mixing colors according to Majilite formulations.
Hours- 8-6 Monday-Thursday; 6-10 Friday
- Flex hours: 12PM to 10PM
- Prioritizes safety, PPE, and compliance in an explosion-proof work environment.
- Read and interpret work orders and formulas as required.
- Weigh and measure chemicals in batches.
- Operate mixers as needed.
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Observe all safety, PPE, and quality procedures while completing required tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Basic math skills.
- Legible handwriting.
- On-time and consistently reliable attendance.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly stand, walk, talk, and hear.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Required to wear safety PPE.
- Vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision.
- Work in a manufacturing and chemical mixing/handling environment near moving mechanical parts and hazardous chemicals.
