Lazy River Products, LLC “LRP” is a fully-integrated, state of the art cannabis-based product development company located in Dracut & Tewksbury, MA.
What we’re looking forLRP is in search of Security Personnel as we grow! Reporting to the Security Manager, the Security Personnel will assist Lazy River Products' security functions, including physical security and safety of employees, customers, facilities, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of highly regulated environments and strong communication skills.

Sunday: 4:00 pm
-11:00 pm w/30‑min break
Tuesday: 3:30 pm – 11:00 pm w/30‑min break
Wednesday: 3:30 pm – 11:00 pm w/30‑min break
Thursday: 3:30 pm – 11:00 pm w/30‑min break
Saturday: 4:00 pm
-11:00 pm w/30‑min break
Total of 34.00 hours after breaks

This is not a remote or hybrid position and requires 100% on site availability.

Qualification:
Minimum of 2 years of proven security experience in a related field (highly regulated) is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- College Degree preferred but not required.
- Advanced training or certification in safety and security preferred.
- Previous law enforcement preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven security experience in a related field (highly regulated) is required.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Authoritative verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm in high‑pressure situations.
