We are seeking a motivated and skilled Home Appliance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of home appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers. Your expertise will help ensure our customers receive prompt and reliable service while supporting our reputation for excellence in appliance repair and field service.

• Diagnose and repair home appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and ovens.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and equipment repairs to restore appliances to optimal working condition.
• Read and interpret technical schematics and mechanical diagrams to accurately identify issues.
• Return unused parts back to the warehouse.
• Maintain detailed service records of repairs performed and parts used for each job.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work independently in an autonomous environment.
• Maintain service parts inventory on service vans.

• Proven experience as a service technician or appliance repair specialist with a strong background in field service operations.
• Knowledge of schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and mechanical assembly techniques.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Prior experience with equipment repair including electrical troubleshooting and mechanical adjustments is highly desirable.

• Driver’s license required and must be able to pass a driving records background check.
• At least 2 years of prior experience as an appliance technician preferred.

• Pay: $50,000.00 - $ per year.
