CURRENTLY OPEN POSITIONS Structural Engineer / Project Manager (TYNGSBORO)Prerequisites include a structural/civil engineering degree, a project engineering degree, or a construction management degree, or equivalent hands‑on experience in a related field.
Skills required:
AutoCAD, Solid Works, project management, planning, scheduling, expense tracking, purchasing, interfacing with customers, problem solving, preparing submittals, concept drawings, preparing manuals, etc. The ideal candidate seeks a long‑term position primarily as a project manager, with opportunities to expand as a structural engineer within a small, growing company. Candidates should be prepared to make job‑site visits.
Standard working hours are 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Maintenance Coordinator / Dispatch & LogisticsResponsible for scheduled maintenance, service, or inspection scheduling, coordination, dispatch, and logistics. Must be dependable, flexible, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and have strong customer service skills. Experience in the overhead crane and hoist industry is preferred but not required. Electrical and mechanical experience is preferred. Must be computer literate and able to use a cell phone or tablet for inspection recording.

Millwright Foreman (TYNGSBORO, MA, PLYMOUTH, CT, & LEWISTON, ME)Experience as an on‑site installer/millwright/iron worker within the bridge crane industry is required. Experience leading a crew is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and has experience erecting steel, making connections, and rigging. Steel fabrication experience including layout, welding, oxy‑acetylene and plasma cutting is a plus. An electrical background is an added plus.
Position will be leading a 2‑3 man crew installing bridge cranes and related support structures across New England. Front‑facing with customers, on‑site for the duration of the jobs. Occasional overnight travel, typically within New England, home for weekends.

Overhead Crane and Hoist TechnicianResponsible for wiring, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing electric overhead traveling bridge cranes and hoists. Must be dependable, flexible, highly motivated, and have strong customer service skills. Knowledge of wireless radios, controls, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) is required. Licensed electrician with mechanical background is preferred. Candidate must be capable of heavy lifting and working t be computer literate and able to use a cell phone or tablet for inspection recording.
Position includes occasional overnight travel, typically within New England, home for weekends. Will take home company service truck.
