$30-$40/hr + SPIFFs & Commission | Full-Time | Dracut, MA

• Typically only 3-4 calls per day
• Limited emergency on-call rotation

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance and service calls
• Assist with troubleshooting heating and cooling equipment
• Diagnose common system issues with support from senior technicians
• Perform repairs and component replacements
• Complete system inspections and preventative maintenance
• Educate homeowners on equipment condition and maintenance recommendations
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience

• 1-3 years of HVAC experience preferred
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
• Basic understanding of residential heating and cooling systems
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong troubleshooting mindset
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• HVAC trade school education
• Experience performing maintenance or installation work
• Familiarity with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and air conditioning systems
• Experience using Service Titan or similar software
• NATE Certification
