Residential Counselor; Part Time

Overview

Little Heroes Home is a Group Home treatment setting for latency-aged clients that specializes in trauma-informed care. Little Heroes provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. We are looking for a Residential Counselor (Part Time).

Residential Counselor (Part Time) with schedules offered as part of the role. Schedules include:
Sunday 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Wednesday 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM (20 hours, part time) - 1st Shift OR Wednesday - Friday 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM, Saturday 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM (20 hours, part time) - 1st Shift.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.

• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
