NRT Bus, Inc. – School Van Driver (Part‑Time)

Pay: $23.70 per hour. Paid training: $20 per hour.

Schedule:

Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM), weekdays only – no nights, weekends, or holidays. Guaranteed minimum hours.

• Paid training – no experience required.

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Assist students with entry/exit and use of specialized safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats, etc.).
• Drive assigned routes.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies.

• School Pupil Transport (7D) Certificate (or willingness to obtain – we train).
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and 7D physical.
• Effective communication in English (spoken & written).
