Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite (Draper or Lindon, UT)

Salary: $55,000-$70,000

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the first point of contact for your assigned bookkeeping clients, ensuring excellent and timely services to achieve client satisfaction.
• Bookkeeping Pricing & Estimates: Verify monthly bookkeeping pricing and communicate clean‑up estimates to clients.
• Bookkeeping Clean‑up Projects: Efficiently perform bookkeeping clean‑up projects as needed.
• Financial Reporting: Send monthly/quarterly financial reports to your assigned clients.
• Peer Review & Quality Assurance: Review bookkeeping data entry performed by staff on your clients’ books.
• Team Supervision & Support: Supervise and train Bookkeeper I and II and assist them in successfully fulfilling their roles.
• Accountant Support: Support other accountants when they are out of office.
• Process Improvement & Efficiency: Innovate on current processes and look for opportunities to improve efficiencies and accuracy.

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Quick Books or similar accounting software
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Adaptable to change and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment
• A team player who appreciates a light‑hearted culture (dad jokes welcome).
