KNS is a preferred partner for national retailers looking to optimize inventory and expand online product offerings.

Job Description

KNS headquarters are located in Draper, UT and we are seeking a dynamic Full-Time Staff Accountant to join our team! We want a candidate that thrives in a high growth environment and has a demonstrated track record of successful project management and implementation of process improvements that scale to future growth. The ideal candidate will also have a comprehensive accounting background.

Assist the Accounting Manager with GL Account Reconciliations: perform monthly review of general ledger accounts verifying balance to supporting documentation.

Assist with reconciliation of all general ledger balance sheet accounts to supporting details.

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Assist in entering AP bills

Assist in monitoring and resolving vendor issues or AP related discrepancies

Input customer payment remittances and reconcile monthly

Monitor customer balances and credit risk and alert management of findings

Special projects as assigned

Assist with audit requests.

Qualifications We seek employees who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree in related field required.
0-3 years of related accounting experience

Experience with Net Suite accounting software a plus Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Extremely detail oriented, accurate and organized

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Proven track record for creating process efficiencies and solving problems
