About the Role

Senior Revenue Accountant. The role reports to the Manager, Revenue Recognition and is responsible for day‑to‑day revenue accounting as part of a broader team.

Location:

Hybrid role based in the Draper, UT office – 4 days a week.

• Demonstrate proficiency with revenue accounting rules under ASC
  606 by performing deal reviews on multiple‑element SaaS & software arrangements to ensure accurate revenue recognition treatment.
• Contribute to process and system improvements in the revenue cycle, including ERP system enhancement and projects.
• Prepare analyses, journal entries, and related account reconciliations.
• Participate in the monthly close.
• Assist in preparation of audit requests as needed.
• Perform processes and procedures to comply with SOX
  404 control framework.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, ideally CPA, CPA candidate, or similar level.
• Experience in accounting in industry and/or public accounting with a focus on SaaS & software revenue recognition.
• Proficient technical and operational knowledge of ASC
  606 and multiple‑element arrangements.
• Ability to form excellent relationships and effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities well and handle assigned tasks with attention to detail.
• Self‑starter with a proactive approach to problem solving and follow‑through.
• Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements, time constraints, and deadlines.
• Take a clean‑sheet approach when revisiting operational processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and organize large amounts of data.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Zuora Revenue is a plus.

Pay varies by geographic market:

• SF Bay Area & New York City Metro Area: $98,900.00 - $ USD
• California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska: $78,800.00 - $ USD
• All other cities and states excluding those listed above: $70,400.00 - $ USD
