A full-time employee for overseeing all office operations for a custom home builder.
Responsibilities- Answering and returning phone calls
- Interfacing with subcontractors and clients
- Executive Assistant to Owner
- Mail, email, copying, scanning
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Tracking of project budgets/job costing
- Maintain organized filing system for project and entity documentation and contracts
- Facility management of office building – accounts payable/receivable for tenants and vendors, onboarding/offboarding of tenants, creating classified ads for open units, etc.
- Permit Submittal to municipalities for projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Google Office applications (Docs, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
- Prior Bookkeeping and Quick Books experience required
- Knowledge of the loan application process preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic construction knowledge
- Prior experience is a bonus but not necessary
- Will train on areas of deficiency
