The Global Marketing Traffic Coordinator manages creative and communications project intake, workflow organization, and resource allocation for the creative department within a rapidly growing international network marketing company. Reporting to the Creative & Communications Operations Manager, this role ensures that projects move efficiently from request to completion, with clear timelines, accurate documentation and details, and all assets are filed in accordance with established processes and standards.
This position is also responsible for completing all required system fields, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the project management system remains organized, up to date, and compliant with filing and process requirements.
This position is responsible for building project schedules, coordinating cross‑functional communication, maintaining project status and documentation, and supporting the operations and internal teams by removing roadblocks. The coordinator oversees intake, task creation, internal resourcing, and day-to-day project and ad hoc request management. Strong organizational skills, time management, and precise communication are essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management- Ensure all work adheres to company guidelines, processes, and quality standards.
- Manage project intake and workflow for the operations department, equitably assigning tasks to team members.
- Oversee creative requests, asset production needs, and related documentation.
- Monitor project progress, workloads, and deadlines, adjusting assignments as needed to meet objectives.
- Review each request, determine if additional information is required, agree to a committed deadline with the requester in writing, and ensure the requester is informed of updates throughout the task progress.
- Communicate deliverables, timelines, and due dates clearly to all stakeholders.
- Drive the successful execution of tasks within established time frames and budgets.
- Coordinate with marketing, regional teams, and cross‑functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Work with the Creative & Communications Operations Manager to develop and maintain traffic‑related processes, procedures, and work instructions.
- Manage regional workflows, reviews, and timelines.
- Build and maintain project timelines and provide updates for stakeholder communication.
- Foster strong working relationships between the operations and creative teams and internal partners.
- Gather project data and provide regular reporting.
- Serve as a central point of communication and coordination across departments.
- Become a power user of the project management platform (Smartsheet).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience with project management tools required;
Smartsheet experience preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and cultures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Fluency in English required.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change.
Travel requirement:
Up to 10% of travel required (domestic and international); valid passport required.
