Client Services Coordinator
(Administrative Support + Client Coordination)
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support our consulting team in managing client deliverables, communications, and internal operations.
This is a fully in-office position based Draper, Utah. Because of the collaborative nature of our work and the coordination required across our consulting team, this role is not remote or hybrid.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, tracking multiple tasks simultaneously, managing leadership calendars, professionally communicating through email, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You will work closely with our consulting team and leadership to help coordinate client projects, maintain organization across multiple work streams, and support day‑to‑day operational needs.
This is a client‑facing coordination role, focused on ensuring our consultants and clients stay aligned, prepared, and organized through our Day‑to‑Day Services and internal CRM system,

- Assist with preparing client presentations, meeting materials, and reports
- Maintain organized records of client deliverables and documents through our internal Follow Up Doc and CRM processes
Ensure materials are prepared and reviewed ahead of client meetings - Assist with Managing the Client Schedule of Services and deliverables across internal departments
- Track multiple client projects simultaneously
- Maintain task lists and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate internal teams to keep projects moving forward
- Maintain internal organization systems and documentation
- Support operational workflows and process improvements
- Help ensure the team stays organized across all client work

- Turning action items into trackable tasks and follow-ups
- Ensuring client communications and next steps are clearly documented
