Flexible Hybrid Work

We believe some of the best work happens together—and some happens when you have uninterrupted time to focus. That's why this role offers a hybrid schedule of three days each week on our Draper, Utah campus and two remote workdays, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues while enjoying the flexibility to do your best work.

What You'll Do

As the Associate Registrar, you'll support the daily operations of the Registrar's Office while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of academic records. You'll partner with teams across the university to deliver outstanding service and maintain compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support student registration, scheduling, classroom assignments, and academic records management.
  • Maintain accurate student records throughout the student lifecycle.
  • Process transfer credit evaluations, attendance, grades, degree completion, and enrollment verifications.
  • Ensure compliance with FERPA and institutional academic policies.
  • Generate and analyze reports, including attendance, final grades, high-risk student reports, and other operational metrics.
  • Partner with Admissions, Academic Affairs, Student Success, Financial Aid, and other departments to provide a seamless student experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve registrar processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
  • Assist with audits, accreditation activities, reporting requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff while balancing accuracy, confidentiality, and responsiveness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
