Karl Malone’s Body & Paint is seeking an experienced Collision Damage Estimator to work in a Toyota Certified Collision Shop. As a member of our team, you will be an advocate for our customers to facilitate getting their vehicle repaired and back on the road. You will facilitate an efficient network between individuals, insurance companies, rental car agencies, and repair technicians by communicating needs and expectations between parties to accomplish a timely and quality repair of each vehicle.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assess their repair needs.
  • Prepare a thorough repair plan and associated costs that reflect the damage to the vehicle and the customer's repair expectations.
  • Communicate effectively between the customer, the insurance company, and the technicians to accomplish a timely and successful repair.
  • Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide clear and accurate documentation to the customer and insurance company for recording and payment.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of automotive design and mechanical technology.
  • Working knowledge of computer estimating software including CCC and Audatex.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate listening and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, walk, lift 50 lbs, and work in all weather conditions.

  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
