The Service Valet/Porter is the initial contact at the dealership for arriving service customers. Responsibilities include greeting and checking them in, and moving vehicles from the service drive to the shop.

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information at check‑in.
• Assist the Service Advisor while maintaining organization in the service drive.
• Move customers’ vehicles safely and securely following the greeting process as outlined by management.
• Retain keys according to departmental safeguard procedures.
• Promote effective working relationships with associates and departments.
• Follow dealership procedures for active vehicle delivery to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Assist fellow dealership personnel to ensure full functioning of the dealership.
• Work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.

• Ability to operate manual transmission is highly preferred.
• Minimum eighteen years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug test).
