As an Industry Association Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening our brand by working with industry associations and trade groups. You will collaborate closely with Vertical Practice Leaders, Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to drive engagement. Through these efforts, you will help build lasting relationships with industry leaders and support the partnerships and execution of relevant events, conferences, webinars and white papers.

Responsibilities
  • Industry Association Engagement
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with key Associations and respective leadership at both the national and regional level
  • Represent Egnyte at related conferences as a brand ambassador and deliver presentations as needed (Virtually and in-person)
  • Identify and execute on sponsorship opportunities that result in increased brand awareness and/or lead generation at both the national and regional level
  • Alliance Program Manager
  • Oversee the execution of the Industry Alliance program, scaling to 10+ new chapters per quarter
  • Foster strong relationships with existing alliance chapters, proactively re-engaging those not fully utilizing program resources to maximize participation and impact
  • Coordinate marketing, sourcing, onboarding and adoption of eligible chapters
  • Association Marketing
  • Work with the Marketing and Industry Practice Leaders to develop appropriate messaging that will be distributed through association channels, including webinar and white papers/case studies.
  • Identify and submit for speaking opportunities at related events
  • Work with Sales and Partner team to identify regional events to attend
Travel && Workplace Expectations
  • Travel 25%, or 1 week per month on average but can change based on the volume of association activities.
  • On-site, and 3 days per week if living within 1 hour of an Egnyte office. Remote if otherwise.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments and geographies while holding others accountable
  • Proven ability to take initiative and complete projects in a timely manner with minimal oversight
  • Familiarity with industry specific organizations such as AGC, CFMA, CDISC or ABA or equivalent (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Financial Services, and Life Sciences) is desired, but not required.
  • Proven program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Compensation
  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $110,000 - $125,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
