• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (Utah required)
• Proven experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services
• Comfortable working leads, pipelines, and a database daily
• Coachable, competitive, and process-driven
• Team-oriented, not a lone wolf
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• A deep understanding of what it takes to get loans approved

We are not looking to teach someone what a 1003 is.

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
• One Saturday per month, with a Friday off in exchange
• Extended hours available for flexibility and better client coverage
