Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Draper, UT, for an Account Development Representative. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads to generate new business opportunities. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, communicating the value of Power

DMS products and services, and providing exceptional customer interactions. Working closely with the sales team, the Account Development Representative will ensure client needs are met while contributing to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in Account Management and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Sales and Training
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
