Overview
The Senior Lead Product Manager develops, manages, and optimizes one or more large, complex, and high-revenue product lines across the full lifecycle, from problem discovery through delivery and in-market performance, in an AI-native environment. The role owns domain strategy and backlog quality from Epic to User Story and uses AI tools to accelerate discovery, specification, and delivery Sr Lead Product Manager brings depth and breadth of product management expertise and collaborates with engineering, UX, finance, and client-facing teams across AI-driven and traditional SDLC environments to identify market opportunities, translate them into prioritized, well-defined work, and measure outcomes against defined KPIs.
The role requires strong customer instincts, the ability to lead large cross-functional teams, and command of both strategic product practice and sprint-level execution.
- Strategy and Discovery:
Develop, manage, and optimize one or more large, complex, or strategically important revenue product lines; understand problems by customer segment, persona, and competitive landscape; collaborate with UX research, marketing research, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather and synthesize feedback; identify and communicate customer and market opportunities; use AI-augmented discovery workflows to accelerate problem analysis and produce implementation-ready specifications. - Planning:
Create and maintain product vision and roadmap; build business plans to secure funding, including go-to-market strategy and value propositions; own backlog quality across Epics, Features, and User Stories; prioritize work using data, ROI analysis, and stakeholder input; ensure alignment with strategic context; collaborate with other product managers for cross-product alignment. - Development:
Lead feature creation and specification; identify business rules and impact; ensure cross-team alignment with Product Owners and delivery teams; lead prototyping, testing, and validation with cross-functional teams; recommend buy/build/partner solutions for Agile Release Trains; maintain artifact hygiene across Milestones, Epics, Features, and User Stories with AI-assisted authoring tools. - Launch and Readiness:
Define launch approach (Beta, Pilot, GA, phased); produce launch communications, including release notes and training materials; establish KPI tracking plans in collaboration with Product Readiness, client solutions, and marketing. - Sales and Client Engagement:
Engage with clients as a subject matter expert to understand performance needs; develop pricing strategies; communicate product performance and value to stakeholders. - In-Market Performance:
Establish feedback mechanisms (usage data, support signals, direct user input); synthesize signals to inform product lifecycle decisions and communicate performance to stakeholders.
- AI-Augmented Product Practice:
Direct AI systems across the product lifecycle; fluent in spec-driven authoring, prompting, tool usage, and critical evaluation of AI output; set AI workflows and coach adoption. - Technology and Delivery Fluency:
Partner with engineering on architecture, trade-offs, and delivery; lead buy/build/partner decisions across complex systems. - Business Outcome Translation:
Translate business outcomes into clearly defined, actionable work; decompose goals into deliverables and build funding cases. - Cross-Functional Orchestration:
Coordinate across UX, engineering, readiness, analytics, and commercialization; manage dependencies across large teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum 8 years of Product Management experience.
