Sr. Product Manager

Operations Inc. seeks Sr. Product Manager in Draper, UT

Job Duties:

Improve and expand customer data platform to achieve objectives of attracting, acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers. Enhance technology and processes for integration of machine learning/artificial intelligence models into CDP systems. Lead construction and enhancements of CDP systems to better understand customers and provide highly personalized experiences. Drive optimizations of marketing and product strategies using a 360-degree view of customer profiles. Create detailed technical requirements based on marketing and product vision of improving core retention and growth of customers.

Collaborate with stakeholders to extend customer data across ethnicities, geographies, and demographics. Full-time telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field plus 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation
