* Conduct site visits, audits, safety observations, and inspections
* Partner with project teams to identify and mitigate jobsite risks
* Coach field employees and leadership on safe work practices
* Assist with incident investigations and corrective action plans
* Help ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
* Deliver and support safety training initiatives
* Build strong relationships with crews, superintendents, and operations teams
* Promote and reinforce a proactive, team-oriented safety culture What We're Looking For *
- Experience in heavy civil construction safety
* Ability and willingness to travel frequently to active jobsites
* Strong field presence and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
* Ability to work collaboratively with operations and field leadership
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to travel to project sites as needed Preferred Qualifications * - OSHA 500/510 certifications
* CHST, CSP, or other safety certifications
