* Travel regularly to jobsites throughout the Western U.S. to support field teams and safety initiatives
* Partner closely with operations leadership, superintendents, and project teams to proactively drive safe work practices
* Conduct jobsite audits, inspections, incident investigations, and safety coaching
* Help develop and implement company safety programs, procedures, and training initiatives
* Mentor and support field safety professionals and project leadership teams
* Assist with OSHA compliance, documentation, reporting, and corrective action follow-through
* Promote a culture where safety is viewed as an operational advantage - not just a requirement What We're Looking For *
- Strong safety leadership experience within heavy civil construction
* Experience supporting projects such as roadway, structural concrete, excavation, utilities, bridges, or water/wastewater
* Ability and willingness to travel frequently to active jobsites
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust in the field and with leadership teams
* Working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices
* CHST/OSHA 500/510 or related certifications required
