Construction Superintendent​/Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Ensure projects meet Canyon Craft's quality standards
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, designers, and trade partners
• Identify and solve construction challenges before they become delays
• Keep jobsites organized, clean, and safe
• Perform regular quality control inspections
• Document project progress with photos, notes, and reports
• Assist with budgeting, change orders, and project coordination

• 5+ years of residential construction experience preferred
• Experience managing custom homes or high-end remodels preferred
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and construction management software
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
