Operate heavy construction equipment including motor graders, excavators, dozers, loaders, rollers, scrapers, backhoes, skid steers, and haul trucks;
Perform grading, excavation, earthmoving, roadway construction, aggregate placement, and site preparation;
Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, blueprints, and GPS machine control systems;
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete equipment inspection reports;
Maintain production and quality standards while meeting project schedules and deadlines
