Staker Parson Companies, a CRH Company, seeks an Excavation Foreperson to plan, supervise, and coordinate daily excavation and earthwork on construction projects. You will lead field crews, ensure safety, and partner with the Superintendent to meet production goals.
Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of excavation experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of grading, trenching, and utility coordination. OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR certifications are preferred.
