Staker Parson Companies in Utah is seeking an Excavation Foreperson to lead daily earthwork operations on construction projects in Draper. You will supervise crews, coordinate resources, ensure production aligns with plans, and uphold safety standards under CRH safety policies.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of excavation or heavy civil experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read construction plans. OSHA training and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
