- Followalljob-sitesafetyproceduresandPPErequirements
- Assistwithorganizingandmaintainingprojectdocumentation,includingplans,specifications,RFIs,submittals,andprojectlogs
- Supportthetrackingandprocessingofsubmittals,shop drawings,procurement,andotherprojectdocumentation
- Assistwithdistributingprojectinformationtosubcontractors,suppliers,andinternalteammembers
- Supportprojectscheduling,coordinationactivities,andmeetingpreparation
- Assistwithmeetingdocumentation,meeting minutes,andfollow-uponactionitems
- Provideadministrativeandprojectcoordinationsupportto Project Managers ,Project Engineers,and Superintendents
- Helpmaintainaccurateprojectrecordsandassistwithprojectcloseoutdocumentation
- Participateinprojectmeetingsandgainexposuretoconstructionplanning,coordination,andprojectmanagementprocesses
- Observeandlearnconstructionsequencing,tradecoordination,andjob-site execution
- Performsotherdutiesasassigned
