Motion Designer

Prodata Key is actively searching for a Motion Designer to help drive our brand and message to current and potential customers. The Motion Designer will be tasked with assisting our marketing team in the creation of motion graphic videos and similar forms of content to enhance training content, sales material, marketing effectiveness and user experience.

• Develop and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for training video platforms and marketing campaigns including: training videos, product videos and demos, social media ads and organic content, event and presentation visuals, and more.
• Collaborate closely with marketing managers, designers, content writers, and product teams to support campaign goals.
• Animate existing design assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop short-form and long-form video content optimized for different platforms.
• Support product launches with explainer videos and feature walkthroughs.
• Edit and enhance video footage with motion graphics, text animation, transitions, and sound.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Maintain and organize motion design assets, templates, and files.
• Stay current with motion design trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and effective.

• 2+ years of experience or schooling in motion design, animation, or video production
• A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video work for marketing or branding purposes.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and storytelling.
• A basic understanding of technology and how it works, specifically hardware and software. In-depth knowledge of the product and services will be taught.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to take creative direction and feedback.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to achieve targets.
• Must be able to understand and stick to branding guidelines.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Must have experience using Adobe creative suite, specifically Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop.

$60,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience
